R. Kelly’s brother accuses him of sleeping with men and spreading STD’s in clapback song

R. Kelly is facing more accusations, this time it’s his own brother coming out with them!

His brother Carey ‘Killa’ Kelly released his clapback song ‘I Confess’ in response to his brother’s song ‘I Admit.’
